The Vintage Chicks love this look! Our sweet bride from last spring wanted a potato bar,
but with her vintage barn wedding, martini glasses would have been a bad fit. We suggested
mismatched vintage punch cups. She loved the look!

My Fav! Retro plates!

The Vintage Chicks have had a very busy summer so far. Both our daughters moved away for a while, Patty's, Sara was in Uganda for 6 weeks, Sandee's, Savannah in Annapolis till August. We've been busy getting the girls ready and off on their adventures.

After our beautiful June wedding we provided china for at Vinewood in Newnan, we had fun attending a network event in Buckhead with The Knot! Tasted great food and met some really nice fellow wedding vendors. We all really love what we do for our brides!

We have spent some time getting ourselves somewhat organized and of course, we are always, always on the hunt for a "new find". Even on our trips to Florida and Annapolis we stopped to look for china! So fun.

Well we have finally collected enough plates to introduce our "Rustic Retro" plates. These are definitely my favorites!! I guess, I, Sandee, will always be that hippie girl. I can't wait to see who uses the cool plates first for their special day.

Kayla's Bridal Shower

Hello Everybody! Time for another "Bluplate Special" from the Vintage Chicks! My very first event took place last January where I was able to use the beautiful Mismatch Vintage China for the Bridal Shower I gave my daughter-in-law. My menu for the event was Chicken Salad (from Aldi and the trick is to add grapes and walnuts and it taste totally home made!) "Redneck Caviar" with tortilla chips, Fruit Salad, brie cheese with cracker, veggies and my families secret punch recipe! We did several arrangements of beautiful roses. Then we set mismatch china, tea cups and saucers. It was the perfect afternoon to celebrate the up coming nuptials! We had so much fun!! Talk to you soon! God Bless!

Welcome to our Bluplate Special! Updated news on The VIntage Chicks findings & events!!

Mismatched Vintage china - who would have thought that collecting our China and Crockery  would be so much fun!  These plates have become our new passion! Sandee and I have often called them "our children" because we take such pride in them. Shopping for these beauties is such an Adrenalin rush! The latest Estate sale we went to was wall to wall dishes! We just about jumped out of our skin. The "dealers" were so nice and we were able to buy some sweet plates for a deal!

All that said, the goal of "The Vintage Chicks" is to have the most  beautiful Vintage China available for you to enjoy for the most special day of your life.  Let me leave you with "The Bluplate Special of the week!" Oh the Calla Lily set of China! This is where it all began for me  last fall, friends. Sandee and I had just made the decision to follow our dream and start The Vintage Chicks.
